DELIVERY & COLLECTION
We usually run on a 2 - 3 working day lead time for deliveries, though this can vary due to locality & product availability.
We will always endeavor to get deliveries out as quickly as we can.
DELIVERY - Min Order Value £50
**THIS IS AVAILABLE FOR TS, DL, NE, DH & SR POSTCODE CUSTOMERS**
Once you place an order you will receive an email confirming the products and given an order number. Once processed in the office we will email you with an approximate delivery date. CLICK & COLLECT - No min order value. You can select a date and time for collection while placing your order - 99.5% of all orders can be available for collection
within 30 minutes of being placed during working hours Monday - Friday.
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation & order number.
It is important that you do not travel to the branch until you receive a second email confirming that your order will be ready for collection on the date and time you have requested.
If there are any problems with stock availability we will call you to discuss this.
Any special requests or immediate collections can be requested in the special instructions box on the order page.
IMPORTANT We cannot give you a delivery time as we operate a multi-drop service. We deliver between the hours of:
7:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm Friday
8:00am - 12:00pm Saturday
We cannot call or text you before delivery - If we have any issues we will call you directly. Please help us by avoiding calling us and asking for drop times.
